Dr. Johan Sence (Thales, France) delivered a seminar s on Friday 15 December 2023 entitled « From passive systems to high power microwave tubes » at the University of Limoge.

Biography. Coming from a 100% Limoges background, Johann defended his thesis in 2019 in the XLIM laboratory. Following this, he will pursue public research for a year on a post-doctoral contract after which he will begin his career in the private sector.

He currently holds the position of Microwave Development Engineer in the MIS unit of the AVS business line at Thalès. He has held this position in the division’s scientific team for over two years.
