Successful meetings in Brescia for selecting EMJM Scholarship Selection and set Program Advancements

From Monday, March 24 to Wednesday, March 26, 2025, the project management team of our master program convened in Brescia for a series of pivotal meetings. The primary objectives were to organize the selection process for the prestigious EMJM scholarship and to hold the annual General Assembly, both crucial for the continued success and growth of our program.

Focus on EMJM Scholarship Selection: The selection of students for the EMJM scholarship (Edition 3) was a central topic of discussion.

On Monday, participants reviewed and refined the selection criteria to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with the program’s academic and professional standards.

On Tuesday, the Assessment Committee conducted a full day of interviews with shortlisted applicants. These interviews evaluated candidates based on technical expertise and personal motivations, ensuring a comprehensive and fair assessment.

On Wednesday, the Evaluation Committee concluded the selection process, finalizing both the main list and the reserve list of applicants. The meeting also addressed logistical details, establishing clear timelines and communication strategies to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all stakeholders.

General Assembly: Collaboration and Progress During the General Assembly on Wednesday, attendees engaged in productive discussions on the program’s current status, challenges, and opportunities. It has also been time to take into consideration the feedbackack from the associated partners and students. We reviewed the work done by task groups.

The key decisions were made to enhance academic offerings, strengthen partnerships, and improve student support services. Additionally, the outcomes of the General Assembly will be implemented throughout the academic year, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation within the program.

Acknowledgements We extend our sincere gratitude to all participants for their valuable contributions and commitment to the program’s success. Special thanks to the host institution in Brescia for their hospitality and support.
